Hospital Unknown budget No plan yet- newly pregnant
I am planning to have a baby in late spring of '27 and would like a midwife to assist in the pregnancy & labor/birth scenes. I'll plan to give birth in Merriam, KS at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission. I'd prefer a low intervention labor and birth. I have BlueCrossBlueShield Kansas City as my insurance provider. My member ID is GPS19K083376 Group number is 11406000
hospital, unsure of budget, no birth plan currently, insurance is BCBSKC
This is my second birth. I plan to give birth at home with midwives present. I have no idea what our budget would be or what doulas charge. I plan to go fully uneducated and give birth in a birth tub and I plan to deliver the baby myself. As for a postpartum doula, I don't know our budget or what the cost typically is but my last postpartum was emotionally horrific and I would love more ppd/mood support.
I'd like someone go help me with this journey I've had issues with doulas and I just want someone to trust and that can help me with the experience of birthing my daughter.

I’m giving birth in a hospital with a Midwife. I have a 5 year old. I am looking for someone to do check ins with us after birth in my home.
I will be giving birth at the hospital without the epidural. I honestly have no clue what a doula costs so I’m unsure what my budget is but I am open. I do not want the epidural. I want to birth and labor in ways that are best for my body. And I want to do what’s best for my baby.
I plan to give birth at NKC Health, a hospital. My budget is under $1800. I want a birth plan that prioritizes ability to move, change positions, advocate for minimal medical intervention unless necessary.
I plan to give birth at a hospital , I just want help and guidance and support
First time mom, would like support and someone help prepare
Planning to give birth at NKC in North Kansas City, MO. Estimated budget is no more than $1,100. My birth plan includes having my husband with me, probably going in before my water breaks because I have a large car on my stomach that makes the contraction monitor read inaccurately. I will need an internal monitor placed. And I plan to get an epidural around 6-7 cm dilation. And having Christian music playing and praying throughout my labor.
