About me

Hello, I’m Lina. I’m a Certified Parent Coach and Positive Discipline Parent Educator, and the founder of The Heartful Mama LLC. I support parents who want to move away from punishment and yelling and toward a more connected, respectful way of guiding their children. My work centers parents first, because when caregivers feel supported, informed, and understood, the entire family system begins to shift. My approach is grounded in a simple belief: every person in the family deserves to be seen and heard. Children are not “bad,” they are communicating something that needs understanding. Together, we help parents make sense of their child’s behavior and respond with clarity, compassion, and confidence. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where parents can slow down, learn practical tools, and grow into the kind of leadership they want to bring into their home. Outside of my work, I enjoy exploring new places with my two children and taking walks at our neighborhood park with my partner.
