About me

My journey into birth work began eight years ago after the birth of my son and deepened through my experience as a gestational surrogate and, most recently, the birth of my daughter this past summer. Those journeys which were both beautiful and challenging, showed me the power of feeling seen and supported. My own doula’s care really inspired me to offer that same gift to others. I hold a Master’s in Counseling, am a National Certified Counselor, and am a Certified Doula through New Beginnings Doula Training. I’m currently pursuing my Licensed Professional Counselor credential and Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C). I also serve as a Specialized Support Coordinator for Postpartum Support International for birth trauma, where I connect families to resources for the postpartum journey including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and birth trauma. To me, birth is a mind, body, and spiritual experience. My approach blends compassion, trauma-informed care, advocacy, and holistic practices to help you feel empowered and heard.

Service introduction

My birth packages are designed to provide compassionate, trauma-informed support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum days. Whether you’re looking for foundational support or more comprehensive preparation and guidance, each package is centered around your individual needs, preferences, and vision for birth. We’ll spend time preparing together prenatally, I’ll be available to you 24/7 from 38 weeks through your birth, and I’ll offer continuous hands-on and emotional support throughout labor. Postpartum visits provide space to process your birth, answer questions, support feeding and recovery, and help you feel cared for as you settle into life with your baby.
