I am a DONA certified Birth Doula with vast experience from the 8 years that I was an Evidence Based Birth® Instructor & GentleBirth Instructor serving those who are planning a hospital birth by choice, necessity, or compromise. I co-founded The Hospital Doulas & have now moved on to provide expert prenatal coaching and education. In customized, private zoom sessions I will help prepare & support you for your best possible hospital birth because "you just don't know what you don't know"! You've got this and I can help!
