Wanting a VBAC in a hospital. Seeing midwives currently and would like to go unmedicated if possible. Was very disappointed by my first birth and want to try my best for as natural as posssible.
I am due in September and planning to give birth in a hospital (UC Health - Anschutz). I have not decided on a birth plan yet. My insurance plan is with Aetna PPO (through my work). I would ideally like a doula that is African American (as I am) but I am open to other backgrounds as well.

Hi! I'm looking for a doula to assist me and my husband during our baby's birth! We hope to find someone who is registered with Kaiser, since that is our insurance provider. My husband and I are Christians, so we would prefer someone who is either also a believer, or will at least respect our faith/preferences. The birth will be at Sky Ridge in Lone Tree, CO. I would like to get an epidural, but plan to labor without one for as long as possible. Thank you for considering!
