Service introduction

I offer both Labour and Postpartum Doula services. I am patient and easygoing and passionate about helping you feel prepared for birth and caring for your new little one!

Packages
Birth Doula
Includes 2 postpartum visits with the option of adding Childbirth Education as well. I am available by phone or email during office hours and around the clock two week prior to your EDD. I can be with you during all stages of labour until after the baby is born. I can help you navigate the medical system and bring options for pain relief and coping.

CAD Flat rate
Postpartum Doula
I can be there anytime, night or day, to help you adjust to having a new baby. I will help you feel informed and confident in caring for a newborn. I can help with latching and other feeding needs, calming techniques and good sleep habits, meal prep, baby laundry and much more! I am there to help you feel supported. Hourly or flexible packages available.
