About me

My goal is for parents to feel confident, involved and empowered by their birth experiences. Helping parents feel secure in advocating for themselves throughout their journeys bringing new life into the world is a goal close to my heart and an opportunity I'm more than grateful to be a part of. I offer evidence-based childbirth education during prenatal visits, continuous labor support, calm presence, protecting your birthing space with you as the leader and me as the follower, encouraging self-advocacy and holding space for one of the most precious and vulnerable moments in life. It would be an honor to be part of your birth team.
