It would also be great if they could provide help on sleep, training and breast-feeding instructions

I would like to have as calm and relaxing of a labor process as possible, with minimal intervention or interference unless deemed medically necessary. I experience significant anxiety, and I know that being in my home environment would provide the calm and sense of safety I need for both myself and my baby to support a positive birth experience. I am also interested in the option of laboring and or birthing in water. (want natural birth) We do have a deep bathtub at home, but I am also open to using a birthing pool if recommended. For my first appointment, I am also in need of a Pap smear and breast exam.
