Christian and faith centered home birth/water birth. We are looking for childbirth education classes to teach my husband techniques as well. We are paying off financial debt since the passing of my husbands dad a few years back and need a doula that is flexible.
I live in bardstown and I’m birthing at Baptist hospital east. I need a birth doula who’s familiar with spinning babies and unmedicated births. Fair warning: with will be a TOLAC, so experience with warning signs and special considerations will be a plus. I need someone who can be my advocate for my birth plan when labor is fogging my brain. I’d like to spend less than $1000. My insurance anthem Bcbc if it’s accepted. My birth plan is still in the works (18 weeks pregnant) but so far: no epidural, spontaneous if possible, labor at home as long as safely possible, water delivery if safe, delayed cord clamping, no IV, no IV fluids, intermittent fetal monitoring. But most importantly healthy mom and healthy baby.
I plan to give birth in a hospital. I want a supportive doula for a natural birth at a hospital.
My husband and I are first time parents and this pregnancy was a big surprise for us. We are very excited but are also overwhelmed and feel unprepared. We moved to Louisville the week finding out we were pregnant and don’t have a big community around us. We are looking for someone to give us facts and help us navigate the ups and downs of birth and how to prepare to feel more confident.
I plan on giving birth in a hospital. I have a low budget, im on Aetna medicaid.
I plan to give birth in hospital. I have a ob that I am seeing right now. I just need someone to be at the hospital with me and my husband to advocate on what I want in my birth plan for me and my baby. For the doctors and nurses not try to scare us into a medical labor. I want to have an all natural birth and possibly in the water. Budget is around 800.
I'm a transgender man who's pregnant, and I plan to give birth in a hospital. I'm looking for a trans-friendly doula who can help with postpartum and learning how to care for a baby, as I don't have my own parents (though I do have a partner, but she is also a first time parent). Estimated budget around $2000
I am doing some research to feel more comfortable with the idea of becoming pregnant. I am on the spectrum and have reservations with the idea of pregnancy due to increased need for communication during stressful times, fear or pain/childbirth, and lack of knowing what to do for a child. I have researched that having a doula can highly help with this since it can be someone who is a trusted person in your corner. I don't have a budget for this service yet since I am still feeling it out-but hope to also be able to have assistance with insurance ( I am a teacher).
I plan to give birth at Norton Women’s and Children’s Hospital. I have passport Medicaid insurance so I’m looking for someone who accepts that. I would like to have as calm and relaxing of a labor process as possible, with minimal intervention or interference unless deemed medically necessary. I am a first time mom and feel I don’t know much but have been doing my best with research.
