Understand what I should do to prepare for birth. Lactation
Help latching, percentile drop in baby. boost supply
Baby is 4 weeks old and I really want to latch my baby but i don't know the proper ways and techniques to do it. I really need a lactation consultant to help me. The hospital I was born at didn’t give me a lactation consultant even tho I wanted to breast feed. They left me with out knowing how to do any of it and I had no choice to bottle feed my baby which broke my heart because all I wanted was to feed my baby with my breast and couldn’t
Pumping and breastfeeding support that is covered by my insurance
My daughter is not meeting her growth curve as she should. She’s only weighing 7lbs at one month old. Her pediatrician said she should be eating 4-5oz and i only pump 2oz combined (i only pump when she sleeps through her typical eating time, she usually nurses). We’re having to supplement and i’d rather not if i don’t have to.
Need to get fitted for flanges. I am having a lot of pain when pumping

We are planning a hospital birth as natural as possible. Also looking for a doula that doubles as a lactation consultant.
Im looking for a sleep coach who doesn’t believe in the cry it out method but can help might baby be a better independent sleeper as well as a lactation consultant who can help me better my babies latch. I tend to do things with a more holistic method so knowledge of ways besides modern medicine could be useful but willing to do whatever helps my baby. He’s currently 4 months old and exclusively breastfeeds and had a few nights weeks ago that he slept through the night but that quickly changed and now he’s waking up every 3 hours so i’m not sure how to prolong his sleep at night. His latch is good but he comes off a few times and seems to get air so i’m struggling to find the best position for him. My current budget is $150 but if it’s in network then 75$
I am having a very hard time nursing. My nipples are raw and I am in so much pain. I’m terrified he’s not getting enough colostrum and will end up dehydrated. Absolutely terrified. I need help!
