1) would love someone younger with more modern ways of exclusively pumping and maximize it. 2) my baby is on the smaller side 3)sleep training additional would be amazing 4)something covered by Medicaid Anthem
Im looking for a sleep coach who doesn’t believe in the cry it out method but can help might baby be a better independent sleeper as well as a lactation consultant who can help me better my babies latch. I tend to do things with a more holistic method so knowledge of ways besides modern medicine could be useful but willing to do whatever helps my baby. He’s currently 4 months old and exclusively breastfeeds and had a few nights weeks ago that he slept through the night but that quickly changed and now he’s waking up every 3 hours so i’m not sure how to prolong his sleep at night. His latch is good but he comes off a few times and seems to get air so i’m struggling to find the best position for him. My current budget is $150 but if it’s in network then 75$
