About Maiya

Most mothers are sent home after birth with a 6-week checkup and a pamphlet. ABL was built because that’s not enough. I’m Maiya a public health professional, doula in training, and founder of ABL, a 9-week postpartum stabilization program designed to support mothers physically, emotionally, mentally, and socially after birth. This isn’t generic wellness coaching. It’s a structured, outcome-driven program grounded in maternal health research and built around what the fourth trimester actually demands. If you’re ready to recover with real support not just survive the postpartum period I’d love to connect. Now accepting founding clients at a reduced rate.

Postpartum Doula services

ABL’s 9-week postpartum stabilization program is a structured, individualized experience designed to meet mothers where they are physically, emotionally, mentally, and socially in the weeks following birth. Through weekly one-on-one sessions delivered both virtually and in-person, each mother receives consistent, personalized support that goes far beyond what standard postpartum care provides. The program is built around measurable outcomes, not open-ended check-ins, so mothers finish with real progress they can see and feel. Over nine weeks, we address the full picture of postpartum recovery from physical healing and nutrition to emotional wellbeing, identity shifts, and social reconnection. This isn’t a drop-in service or a hotline. It’s a committed relationship between a mother and a trained professional who holds her progress accountable week by week. For mothers who want to recover with intention and emerge from the fourth trimester stronger than when they entered it, ABL provides the structure, support, and expertise to make that possible.
