My husband and I are expecting our first child and we are interested in having a doula to help and support us in our labor and delivery. We are looking for someone who can help us advocate for our needs and help guide us through the process. I am neurodivergent and my husband I both have some sensory needs that will need to be met. We'd like a natural birth if possible, but are not against medical intervention when needed for the baby's safety. We look forward to heading from you. My email is Caseybirkes@gmail.com.

I plan to give birth at Banner–University Medical Center Tucson (Banner Main) in Tucson. I have Banner AHCCCS and am looking for a doula who accepts my insurance with no out-of-pocket cost. I would like support during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum. I prefer someone experienced with hospital births, supportive of my birth preferences, and knowledgeable about pain-management options. Spanish-speaking would be a plus. I would also appreciate help with childbirth education, creating a birth plan, labor comfort techniques, breastfeeding, and postpartum support.

I don’t really have a birth plan. I want to give birth at banner hospital or tmc and budget is an I’m not sure yet.
I am looking for a qualified/licensed midwife who supports a natural, low-intervention approach to pregnancy and birth. I have a personal preference to avoid medications and pills whenever medically appropriate. I would like to prioritize nutrition, food-based approaches, lifestyle changes, and pregnancy-safe herbs or supplements when appropriate. I would like my provider to discuss natural alternatives with me when they are considered safe and effective. I understand that “natural” does not always mean safe during pregnancy, and I am willing to follow professional guidance regarding which foods, herbs, vitamins, and supplements are appropriate. If medication or medical intervention becomes necessary for my safety or my baby’s safety, I want my provider to explain the reason, risks, benefits, and alternatives whenever possible. I am also interested in a low-intervention home birth with appropriate prenatal monitoring, newborn care, postpartum care, and a clear emergency/hospital-transfer plan.
I don't know yet where I plan to give birth but possibly my home, or the Banner Ironwood Hospital. I don't know how much these normally cost but I would prefer not to break the budget. I am very crunchy so anyone who thinks similarly.
Hospital birth, I’m not to sure of my budget as I don’t know how much a doula ranges. As of now my birth plan is all natural I have 2 daughters who were spontaneous births but had an epidural and pitocion.
I plan on delivering at Banner Ocotillo, although I would love to have a home labor and delivery… I would like it to be as natural as possible, and do it unmedicated
New mom home birth is a must natural and calm. I need coaching to prepare and new born after care/mommy care. My husband works full time i need to be ready to get back into the swing of life as quickly as possible. Please help
