I am looking for a Doula to help with a birth plan along with being there for the birth & labor. I plan on giving birth at Boca Regional Hospital. My husband and I have a budget of trying to stay under $1000 if possible or if we can customize some type of package that can help us stay as close to our budget if possible. For our birth plan, we are a little up in the air and being this is our first child, we are trying to figure out where to start with a birth plan. I want to be able to have someone help advocate for us/ me if needed. In my birth plan, I want to have an epidural, I want to have my mother there during labor but am still undecided if I want her in the room with my husband and I during actual birth. I want a calm environment, I would like to have essential oils and calming music going if possible. As I trust my partner will be there for me, I just want us both to have that extra support and that's what we are looking for when it comes to hiring a Doula.

We would like a night nanny to help with overnight newborn care. Preferred someone with experienced and CPR trained.

I have had 3 birth without any epidural but my 4th birth was very painful I couldn’t handle it, I had an epidural & now with my 5th pregnancy, I’m afraid of labor, I hope it’s not like my 4th pregnancy. Doula must be certified and have at least 5 years of experience. I am 38 years old and am in a high-risk pregnancy due to previous birth of a large baby (9lbs 4oz), my age, and past history of preeclampsia. I have Florida Blue insurance.
