Hi! We just had a baby girl two weeks ago, we didnt think we would need help but have been overwhelmed! We need help establishing routine and learning from someone experienced with newborn babies to help put them to sleep and let mommy sleep. We are exhausted. We want some help 2-3 times a week for 8 hour shifts, start being as soon as possible. Duties would be caring for the baby for the night, helping mom breastfeeding on schedule during the night when the baby wakes for feeding.
