Hi, I’m Maria, a bilingual birth and postpartum doula serving families in Contra Costa, Alameda, and select Bay Area communities. I hold a B.A. in Human Development and have experience supporting families throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. I provide calm, compassionate, and culturally responsive support. I help families prepare for birth, understand their options, communicate their preferences, practice comfort measures, and navigate the hospital experience while working collaboratively with their medical team.
