Hello! My Name is Maria Jennifer Lines, and I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) serving families in the South Bay area of Southern California. With 26 years of perinatal experience in labor and delivery and postpartum care, I have had the privilege of supporting families through some of the most meaningful moments of their lives. As a mother of three wonderful boys, I also understand that every family's feeding journey is unique. I am passionate about helping parents feel confident and supported as they navigate feeding their babies. I believe every parent deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered to make the best feeding decisions for themselves and their little ones, without judgment or pressure. I founded Vía Láctea Lactation with the goal of creating a safe, welcoming space where families feel listened to, prepared, and supported throughout their feeding journey. My hope is to provide compassionate, evidence-based guidance that helps parents feel confident, knowing they do not have to navigate this journey alone.

Lactation Consultant packages and pricing

In-Person Inital Session

In-person Initial Session- 2hrs $275 if within 5 miles radius of Redondo Beach. Additional $50 charge outside 5 mile radius. Included in visit is intake history, review of feeding plan, an observed feed when appropriate, assessment of latch or milk transfer and recommendations. Included is 14 days of limited email and text support. Follow up in-person sessions are $175(60 min) Extended follow-up session (90 min) $250. Brief virtual follow-up(30 min or less video or phone) $75
