Birth in a hospital, I would like to use my insurance through Arizona complete, I want a walking epidural, free movement with a plan for a tub birth.

I plan to have birth at a birthing center and I’m hoping to find a midwife that will take my insurance Arizona Complete Health.

We plan to deliver at HonorHealth Sonoran Crossing. Our budget is whatever insurance allows (getting clarity on that now). We truly aren’t sure how much this would cost without insurance. This is my first child. I would love to attempt a natural birth if possible, and would love guidance on how to prepare my body and mind for that. Looking for someone to advocate for my partner and I’s wishes during labor, but also be flexible in case I do need to switch my birth plan. Looking for someone who can hold me accountable.

I do t necessarily have a birth plan yet since it’s my first, however I am planning natural as possible with techniques to help me prepare for labor! I need a better exercise routine that I can tolerate as most I have seen are difficult due to pressure on my feet and calf’s! Minimum of 10-15 years experience of helping mothers to be prepare and help with after birth! I also speak Spanish but currently my primary language is English! Will definitely red some basic new born guidance to make sure what I have an idea or some knowledge is correct! For this to be covered by my insurance will be ideal! I currently have low income ! Any guidance will be appreciated!
