¡Hola! I'm Marly and I'm a trained birth and postpartum doula currently working towards DONA certification. I am passionate about families and attachment, and always in awe of childbirth and babies. Through my work as a mental health therapist, I came to realize how precious birth and postpartum are in anchoring attachment. So here I am! A little about me - I'm a mom to three awesome little ladies, and wife to an active duty sailor. In my free time I like to read, nap and sometimes jog/run. Thank you for your consideration!

Birth

-2 prenatal visits to get more familiar with each other, prepare and review birth plan and postpartum plan. -Phone support during the daytime until 36 weeks -From 36 weeks on phone support anytime -Labor and delivery support -1 postpartum visit for adjustment

Postpartum

-2 prenatal visits to get more familiar with each other, prepare and review postpartum plan. -1st visit within 2 days of coming home -Emotional support and psychoeducation -Newborn care support -Referrals and community information -light housekeeping -light food prep for birth parent -Sibling adjustment support *12 visits during 4th trimester 2 hour min visit *$50/hr after first 12 hours

Sibling prep

-General child development education in relation to sibling transition *Tips and tricks -Child-Parent(s) coached session for connection utilizing child directed play PRIDE skills. This is a 2 visit 3 hour offering.
