Service introduction

In addition to being an Evidence Based Birth Instructor I also offer- Bhabhu Baby, the art African baby carrying skills; Masungiro, creating a mother-centered postpartum plan; Muzvere, what to expect from our postpartum bodies and Imba ya Amai, a look back at the spiritual architecture of the Shona birthing room. For families in Maryand and DC I also offer birth doula packages.

Mavhu was very compassionate and always made me feel heard! She was especially helpful during my post-partum recovery after a c-section and she had advice to help me balance my new role as a second time mom, this time to twins while I already had a 2 year old!
