I’m McKayla, co-owner of Utah Postpartum Care, Northern Utah's go-to agency for expert postpartum support! I’m a Certified Postpartum Doula, Postpartum Nutrition Professional, and Gentle Sleep Coach. Not only do I support families in their fourth trimester through overnights and meal prep, but I also lead a team of professionally trained Postpartum Doulas and Newborn Care Specialists who are here to support you, your way. Whether you need overnight newborn care, nourishing meals, expert sleep tips, someone to come let you nap and pick up your groceries, or someone to hold space while you heal, we’ve got you.
