Hi there, my name is Sara and I am a certified birth and postpartum doula with an M.A. in Early Childhood Development. I have been providing compassionate care for babies, children and adults for over 20 years. My love for helping others has helped me gain valuable experience as a teacher, youth treatment specialist, nanny, mentor, wellness/life coach, and a caregiver for individuals with specials needs. I am also currently working on my yoga teacher certification and studying herbalism. The root for my interest in supporting women during birth started years ago when a neighbor told me the story of her natural birth (with a doula!). It planted a seed of fascination that eventually led to me certifying as a doula and becoming a student midwife. I love birth, and I support all kinds of births as a doula.
