About Meghan

I am a certified birth doula, with special training in VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) and am also a Certified Lactation Counselor. I became a doula after my own empowering births and felt a calling to support families throughout birth and breastfeeding. I believe that birth is a unique, individual experience that deserves presence, encouragement, and support. Being a guide as one navigates the unknowns and weighs the decisions of birth is one of my greatest honors, next to being a mother. I believe that doulas can change the world by inspiring calm and confidence in birthing parents. I love the power of birth to connect couples and delights in helping them work as a team. Birth is a deeply transformative experience and one that I will guide you through with compassion and enduring support. I love spending time with my two toddlers and husband, going on nature walks, reading or journaling, and digging in my flower and vegetable gardens.

Birth Doula services

I offer prenatal support, education, and evidence based care free from judgement & bias. My services include labor support, prenatal education, mindfulness practice, breathing techniques, tailored to your individual needs & birth goals. I offer packages that include lactation support after birth of your baby or if you'd like to simply hire to me be present at your birth for support.
