I’m a community based labor and birth doula. I’ve trained with multiple organizations, including trauma and trans informed care. I love to support birthing families with education, information, compassion , and hands-on techniques as they create and build family. No two babies or births are alike, and I am passionate about supporting pregnancy in all shapes and forms.

Service introduction

I offer birth and labor support. My usual package includes 2 prenatal appointments, text and phone support, on call for 2 weeks around time of estimated due date, labor support through at least 1 hour after birth.
