We are passionate about helping prepare you (and your partner) to experience all the beauty and connection pregnancy and birth bring by helping you to feel comfortable and confident before, during and after the delivery of your baby! We provide birth doula, postpartum doula, night nanny, placenta encapsulation, childbirth education, parenting education, photography and more. We are a very connected team and happily provide backup and support for each other so the care your receive from our team will feel seamless and reliable. Please reach out with any questions! Highly recommend having a doula with 41 Wellness!!! This was my first baby and Caycee helped my husband and I feel so prepared for what was coming, and we felt so much peace and excitement! Being covered by your Doula in prayer is so powerful and such a blessing. Amanda was with us at the hospital until Caycee was able to come and that felt like a God arrangement as well, they're whole team is strong and connected with the same vision, values, and care. Caycee has a course as well that I went through to bring God into the process and pray through affirmations personalized for me and that really set the whole atmosphere that you could feel in our hospital room. I ended up needing a c section but Caycee was right there with us, scrubs and all! With 41 wellness you don't just get Doulas, you get a new community of Godly mothers and friends!

It was such a blessing I found Caycee and 41 Wellness when I did! My family and I had just moved to Albuquerque, I was 9 months pregnant and I went into labor the day after my initial meet with Caycee. If I didn’t have her to keep me grounded during this time, I don’t know what I would have done! Caycee answered all my questions, shared her experiences, and helped me feel ready for my second birth. It was comforting having her with and praying for me during labor, birth, and the first hours being postpartum. I couldn’t recommend her more!

God was sooo good and faithful through this journey! It was such a beautiful adventure, and He provided Amanda and Gina in such perfect timing an having her as my Doula was more of a blessing than I could have ever anticipated! The time they spent in prayer with me, and the inviting of Holy Spirit into that room was such a gift that I am so grateful for. What a powerful ministry! I would love to tell others what a blessing and help it was. And the prayer ministry….im at a loss for words. That was the first experience I have ever had in that type of setting and it was sooo powerful! It is still impacting my spiritual walk to this day. The Lord worked in such a mighty and powerful way! And brought such a peace and healing into the journey of birth. Especially after a couple traumatic births before. It was like He restored every piece that was broken. 🙌🏻🙌🏻

I got a chance to purchase the 41 Wellness tea called Moon + Bump Glow. I'm actually not pregnant and haven't had a baby in 12 years...but I heard great things about it. Now that I'm in my 40s, I've noticed intense pain, bleeding and hormonal mood swings leading up to and during my period. I drank this tea on the days leading up to and during my period and had ZERO pain! The storm of hormonal chaos never came and I didn't have crazy heavy bleeding. I can't recommend this enough! Every woman in every stage will benefit from drinking this beautiful, soothing tea. It also has a really wonderful flavor, which is a bonus! So grateful!

I am forever grateful to Katie for being a part of our birth story. I was in a hospital setting and had been nervous about my desires concerning my labor being overlooked. Katie made sure that my voice was heard and my space respected. She was also a great support for my husband and advocated for us moving at our own pace as we traversed the labor experience together. As we used the techniques she taught us, created a peaceful atmosphere and prayed, Katie made sure to guard and support this sacred space for us. We had an amazing laboring process and the prize at the end was meeting our precious daughter! Throughout my pregnancy, birth and recovery I was supported, empowered and loved. The core things that I wanted in my birth happened and I credit that to having Katie partnering with us. I would definitely recommend to any expecting mama to have a doula at your birth. You won’t regret it!
