I am a pediatric nurse of 21 years with plenty of experience being in Newborn and NiCU care with an emphasis in developmental care, newborn feeding breastfeeding assistance, and education. I am a mother of 5 (including twins) and they are grown now and have left me missing those sweet baby days. I have experience with multiples, colic, GERD, sleep issues and more. The First Week Home

A personalized blend of newborn care, parent education, daytime relief, and overnight support during baby's first week at home. Here’s what is included: Daytime visits TWO DAYTIME VISITS for 3 hours each Hands-on newborn care while parents shower, nap, eat, or spend time with other children. Feeding education, bottle-feeding guidance, breastfeeding support, and help recognizing feeding cues. Newborn soothing, diapering, safe-sleep education, and age-appropriate developmental guidance. Time for parents to ask questions and practice new skills with support. THREE OVERNIGHT VISITS — 8 hours each 24 total overnight hours Newborn care throughout the night, including routine feeds, burping, diaper changes, and soothing. Support with the family's established feeding plan and parent-approved care preferences. Overnight updates and a feeding/diaper log for parents. Protected rest time for parents while their newborn receives attentive care. Personalized family transition plan A discussion of the baby's routines, feeding preferences, sleep environment, developmental needs, and the parents' biggest concerns, tailored to your family's needs.
