About me

I’m a mom of 3 and had very different birth experiences for each baby. I’m a lifelong learner, love to read, research and learn new things. I want every mother to feel empowered and knowledgable in her experience and I hope to help bridge the gap that currently exists in our system. I help run a local nonprofit organization dedicated to support during reproductive journeys.

Service introduction

Prenatal appointments are dedicated to thoroughly discussing birth preferences as well as practicing techniques to prepare for birth. I will attend your birth and also offer photography if you’d like then we’ll debrief your birth experience 1-3 weeks postpartum and I can offer resources if you need.

- Ongoing text support (I never want to bug clients so I won't reach out frequently but I love getting as many updates as they'd like to provide) - 2 prenatal appointments - in person labor and birth support - birth photography (If you’d like) - postpartum visit and debrief

Postpartum Doula

- 1 meeting to discuss your needs and desires for postpartum support - Support with newborn care, breastfeeding, light house cleaning, laundry, sibling care, meal preparation.

Overnight Postpartum Doula

- 1 meeting to discuss your needs and desires for postpartum support - Support with night feeding, newborn care, breastfeeding, light house cleaning, laundry.
