About Chrissi

I’m a mom of 3 and had very different birth experiences for each baby. I’m a lifelong learner, love to read, research and learn new things. I want every mother to feel empowered and knowledgable in her experience and I hope to help bridge the gap that currently exists in our system. I help run a local nonprofit organization dedicated to support during reproductive journeys.

Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Birth Doula

- Ongoing text support (I never want to bug clients so I won't reach out frequently but I love getting as many updates as they'd like to provide) - 2 prenatal appointments - in person labor and birth support - birth photography (If you’d like) - postpartum visit and debrief

$1,850 USD · Flat rate

Postpartum Doula

- 1 meeting to discuss your needs and desires for postpartum support - Support with newborn care, breastfeeding, light house cleaning, laundry, sibling care, meal preparation.

$40 USD · Per hour

Overnight Postpartum Doula

- 1 meeting to discuss your needs and desires for postpartum support - Support with night feeding, newborn care, breastfeeding, light house cleaning, laundry.

$65 USD · Per hour

What to expect

Prenatal appointments are dedicated to thoroughly discussing birth preferences as well as practicing techniques to prepare for birth. I will attend your birth and also offer photography, if you’d like. After the birth, we’ll meet to debrief your birth experience 1-3 weeks postpartum and I can offer resources if you need.

Do you have a dedicated back up?

Attending my clients births are my priority! I work with 2 back up doulas depending on if you choose to add on birth photography or not, depends on which doula will be assigned as "back up" in the case of emergency that I can not attend.
