Hello My Name is Amy Gonzales, I am the CEO-Founder of Nuevas Raices doula LLC. I am a Certified labor and postpartum & infant care doula, as well as an Infant Feeding educator. At Nuevas Raices Doula, we believe in empowering families from pregnancy to birth and beyond. Our mission is to provide personalized, compassionate care to expecting parents or individuals during their pregnancy, Birth, and postpartum journey, by providing physical, and emotional support as well as evidence-based education. I am very excited to be supporting families & individuals in the Tucson Area.

Postpartum Support Packages

our postpartum support packages are designed to ensure you feel supported and confident in the early days with your newborn. Support Packages are personalized to each individual or family's needs. Extended Postpartum support can be provided during the Day, Evening, or Overnight, whichever best benefits your needs, and this can be modified as needed. Our Postpartum Support includes the following: Includes: Access to Client Portal 1 (2-hour) postpartum visit to establish postpartum goals Newborn care & education Infant feeding support Light housekeeping Respite care for parents if needed Cost: $40-50 an hour

What to expect

I provide labor services, including consultation, Prenatal care visits, on-call services, and labor support when the time comes. I also provided postpartum support which looks different for everyone, it can be overnight support, day support, date nights, or even if you need some sleep and a shower or someone to talk to. I also have services available as a night nanny for newborn to 1 year old.

Amy has been everything we didn’t know we needed when we brought home our newborn baby girl! She immediately put us at ease when bringing in someone you don’t know to take care of the newest most precious part of your life. If/when we have another baby, Amy will be the second person I call (after my parents :)). She has become like family in the short time we have spent together and I would recommend her postpartum services to anyone!

Para mi fue una muy bonita experiencia que fue primera vez que tenemos alguien asi como Amy para mí fue una bonita experiencia, tenerla ahí con mi hija que fue de una gran ayuda mucho apoyo tanto para ella como para nosotros. Muy buen trabajo. Para mí está muy recomendado su trabajo sobre todo una muchacha muy responsable muy dedicada en su profesión. Muy amable sé que si volveríamos a ocupar con mucho gusto la agarraríamos otra vez porque ella hizo un gran trabajo y esfuerzo para apoyar a mi hija en el labor de parto. Estuvo bastantes horas con ella Y no se fue de ahí hasta terminar con todo hasta que Juliette nació, y aún así permaneció con nosotros dos horas más muy bonita experiencia, tuve con ella. Yo estuve presente allí desde que ella llegó hasta que ella se fue y todo estuvo perfectamente totalmente agrade Por todo lo que hizo Con mi hija, y aún todavía sigue ella pendiente de cómo está haciendo mi hija con su niña que eso es algo muy importante para una primeriza tener una persona con un gran apoyo como Emi. Una de las cosas más importantes que miré yo que mi hija siempre permaneció tranquila a todas las clases que ella le dio anteriormente le sirvieron de mucho y eso es muy importante, porque a la hora que llegó su momento de dar a luz, ella se sintió segura al lado de Amy, por supuesto que nosotros yo en particular que Qué, soy abuelita de Juliette Me sentí Super bien con sus servicios. Yes, we have payment options for all our services except Classes. But a retainer fee will be required.

The only insurance we are accepting is Carrot.

No, we offer one free 30-minute consultation per service, either virtual or over the phone. We do offer a 1-hour in-person consultation for $50.
