Melissa was an extraordinary support person through my pregnancy and the hypno birthing courses. I had such a peaceful, confident, and beautiful birth this time (my second child). My first birth was nothing like this! Melissa taught me a lot about the birthing process and we practiced relaxation technique and positive affirmations to give me a calm and peaceful birth. Apart from having a positive attitude when I look back on my birth I also have applied the hypno birthing techniques to life and it has been such a great asset during this postpartum period. Melissa went over and beyond and came and visited us postpartum and brought treats and encouragement! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula!

Melissa shifted our focus and outlook, which completely transformed my experience having my second baby!! I went from feeling pretty disconnected from my baby and caught up in my other responsibilities to indulging in precious, irreplaceable bonding with my baby. It's been absolutely amazing and an answer to prayer. Melissa taught us how to have the birth of our dreams. I went unmedicated and gave birth in about 3.5 hours, I'm sure her relaxation techniques were key to how easily and quickly my labor progressed. Best of all, I've felt so connected and bonded with my baby! Having Melissa's help is a decision I will never, ever regret! I'm so grateful for her help and the wonderful memories we now have as a family of four!

She was an excellent doula! She helped me (wife’s husband) to understand (very little) what my wife was going to go through, and how to be that rock for her. She is very informative, very patient, and will be there in a moments notice if you need her! I 10/10 will recommend her to anyone!
