We are expecting twin boys in December and are looking for an experienced postpartum doula or newborn care specialist for overnight support in Manhattan. Ideally, we would like help 4–5 nights per week, approximately 10–12 hours per night, for the first 1-2 months after delivery. We are specifically looking for someone with strong newborn experience, preferably someone who has cared for twins overnight independently. Support would include feeding, burping, diaper changes, soothing, bottle washing/preparation, and helping establish a safe sleep routine so that my husband and I can get some rest. Experience with premature or early-term babies would be a plus. CPR certification and references are preferred. We are flexible on the exact schedule and would love to discuss availability, experience with twins, and rates. Japanese-speaking would be a plus, but is not required.

I’m a first-time mom expecting a baby girl in early February 2027, and I’m looking for an experienced, certified birth doula who is warm, patient, reassuring, and knowledgeable. I would love someone who has several years of experience supporting first-time mothers and who is comfortable helping me understand my options throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. I plan to give birth at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, NJ. I am in the process of developing my birth plan. I generally prefer to not use medicine but open to exploring. I feel very strongly I do not want a Caesarian section. Looking for general assistance once we bring the child home, however, I would also be open to having someone be an advocate for me in the delivery room.
