I was induced before so i want this birth as natural as possible, so using a-lot of natural comfort measures but epidural offered if the pain becomes too much. I want continuous emotional support, encouragement and guidance. No induction, routine ruptures, continuous iv fluids and unnecessary vaginal exams unless medically necessary. I would like immediate skin to skin, delayed cord clamping, and my partner and doula being present the entire time. Lastly, breastfeeding support, no formula for baby, rooming in with baby, and just all around comfort and pain management through non medical technics are a priority until otherwise.

I desire a physiological, unmedicated birth and kindly request support for movement throughout labor, including walking, bouncing, and changing positions. I prefer dim lighting and calming frequency or chakra-balancing sounds to promote relaxation. I would appreciate gentle coaching during pushing while allowing my body to lead naturally, with a preference for squatting or hands-and-knees positions. After birth, I desire immediate skin-to-skin contact, delayed cord clamping, partner cord cutting, and initiation of breastfeeding. I would like to discuss and give informed consent regarding Vitamin K, eye ointment, and the Hepatitis B vaccine prior to administration when possible. If induction or emergency intervention becomes necessary, I request clear explanations, shared decision-making, and for my partner to remain with our baby at all times.
