I’m Gabriela, a certified Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist with training through Doula Network Training and Summer Sleep Secrets. I’m CPR certified and trilingual (English, Portuguese & Spanish). I have over 6 years of experience in childcare and early childhood education, and in recent years I’ve focused my work on newborn and postpartum care — because I believe parents, especially mothers, deserve dedicated recovery time, support, and practical help to truly enjoy this unique beggining of a new life. I’m based in Southern California, mainly serving families in Orange County, but I also provide services in Los Angeles and San Diego.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience working with children, teens and adults. While my clinical experience is quite broad, I especially enjoy helping individuals navigate life changes, including pregnancy, postpartum and parenting. As a Filipina American raised in an immigrant family, I am keenly aware of how cultural identity can shape one’s experiences and beliefs. As a parent of young children myself, I can fully appreciate the challenges that come with raising a family, integrating two cultures and developing a parenting approach that reflects those bicultural values. In therapy, I use a strength-based approach, drawing tools from different types of therapy. Hi my name is Ella, and I'm currently attending Saddleback College for early childhood development. I'm all online so my schedule is very open. I love being surrounded by kids and have been babysitting since I was 14. I'm comfortable with all ages and specialize in infant care. I'm very active and love doing learning activities and sports with kids! It's extremely important to me to build trust with the parents as I get to watch over their children, so I do my best to establish a good relationship with them first. Dr. Henderson, PT, DPT founded BloomWell after discovering a gap in wellness and family education in the world of pediatric healthcare. Dr. Henderson is a strong supporter of preventative care and believes wholeheartedly in empowering families through sharing her expertise in gross motor development. BloomWell offers a variety of services including infant wellness programs and one-on-one skilled physical therapy services.

Dr. Calahan was born and raised in Long Beach, Ca. She is a part of the third generation of her family to graduate from Wilson. While at Wilson, she led her soccer team to a CIF, State, and National Championship her senior year. she went on to play division one collegiate soccer for the University of San Diego, where she obtained her BA in Sociology. Dr. Calahan received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences in April of 2016. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and she received the Dr. Lester McCoy Clinical Excellence Award. In her free time, Dr. Calahan loves spending time with her husband, Mike, son, Jack (3.5yo), and daughter, Ginnie (1yo). They spend a lot of time going for walks in our neighborhood and hanging out with friends and family. They love coffee and cooking meals together. She is also an avid reader and loves going to bookstores to pick out new books for herself and for her kiddos. Our nightly routine involves lots of books so we have quite the library.

I am a birth doula and childbirth mentor/educator located in Orange County, CA. The primary focus of my work is to improve birth outcomes for marginalized communities and to reduce (ideally eradicate) birth trauma. My training is mostly through an organization called Birthing From Within and I highly recommend their reading materials for individuals at any stage, from pre-conception to postpartum. Yose is a Holistic Birth and Postpartum Doula, Certified Lactation Educator, and Birthrights advocate in Orange County, California. Hello, I've been practicing women's health since 2000 and am among the first cohort to be board certified in Women's Health Physical Therapy. Women may experience abdominal or pelvic floor issues due to too much or too little tone and muscle strength and this can happen simultaneously. The real question I like to address is what is the primary cause that triggered this cascade of events. Often times problems don't resolve because there is another issue happening somewhere else in the fascial system causing these problems. The skills I am proficient in to address these problems are Visceral Manipulation, Matrix Repatterning, myofascial release, imagery and movement, Frequency Specific Microcurrent, Integrative Systems Model.
