I am a trans man. I am seeking a birth doula who is invested in supporting trans pregnancy and the many complications of experiencing dysphoria in pregnancy, and supporting my needs as a trans parent through the birthing process. Additionally, I have hypertension and rheumatoid arthritis, and persistent proteinuria and am seeing a high risk doctor for my birth. I would like to have a non-c-section in the hospital setting with my MFM practice, and be supported in my needs as a gestational parent and birthing person. Also I would like a doula who is equipped to support my wife as non-gestational parent and new queer parents. We have dealt with loss (she had an early miscarriage when we TTC'd earlier in life) and this has impacted my experience of pregnancy as well. I plan to give birth at NYU Langone. Our estimated budget for a doula is $2500, but we are just starting this journey and are open to alternatives.
Want to be able to be free from any hospital restrictions of movement, would consider a birthing center as top option. Looking for an African American dollar, one who has experience with older pregnancy (41years old).and for my specific wishes at birth, to be adhered to and to help with lactation and post partum.

I plan to give birth at the hospital. The estimated budget is $2,000. I plan to give birth naturally but may have a C section if needed. This would be my first baby, so I’m looking for an experienced doula to assist during labor and during the first weeks after giving birth.
I am looking for a very experienced doula who can help my husband and I prepare for a hospital delivery. It is important for me to have someone with a calming presence who can guide my husband and I through the birthing process. I would like to labor on my own for as long as possible before getting an epidural(if needed) so having someone there to help with this would be beneficial.
I am new to the idea of having a doula. I would like to do more preparation work to hopefully have a smoother delivery. My first experience of childbirth, ended in a natural delivery that was forceps assisted, and I had 3+ hours of pushing before we decided between forceps or C section. I had to be induced after 11 days being overdue. I would hope that with this next pregnancy I can go naturally and have way less medications than I had the first time. I want to trust that my body knows what to do, but I need to help train it to achieve my goal. I understand despite some things are out of my control, I can help myself to have a better delivery and post partum outcome. 1. Monmouth Medical Center 2. Unsure, I am looking to see if I have insurance coverage.
First time mom, prefer natural route. Seeking any and all advice.
Either Riverview in Red Bank or Jersey Shore Hospital Not sure on budget yet I would like to give birth in a hospital unmedicated and not rushed. Delayed cord clamping is a must as long as the baby is healthy.
