I've had a bad experience with OBGYNs with them treating me like another faceless being the last doctor I was at didn't even meet for 2 minutes and then turned around and refused service. I would like to get to know the person who will be delivering my child and I feel like this is the only way I have left

This is my third pregnancy. My first two were delivered via c-sections with Dr. Ware at memorial hospital. I planned a natural birth with my first but developed preeclampsia towards the end which called for a C-section after the pitocin disturbed her heart rate. The second pregnancy I didn’t want a c-section but towards the end the doctor suggested that it would be the best route due to the history of my first pregnancy. With this pregnancy she announced that c-section would be the plan again but I would really like to see if I’m able to do a natural birth. I’m not high risk for anything. And my blood pressure is okay.

Honestly I’m new to all of this. I don’t have a birth plan nor an idea of where to have the baby. I have tricare insurance which is full coverage.

I’m new to having a midwife, my last baby was born in a hospital. I’m interested in receiving all prenatal care at home and possibly even giving birth at home. I don’t really have a plan yet, I just want to know more, including costs.

I want a at home natural birth. I just would rather that than being at a hospital. I feel it would be much more comfortable. I could do a payment plan. I would need to be guided further.
