My name is Mykeah, and I am a dedicated Birth & Postpartum Support Companion, passionate about supporting families through one of life’s most transformative journeys: pregnancy, birth, and the early days of parenthood. I am happily married, and at heart I am both a nurturer and an advocate someone who deeply believes in standing beside mothers, amplifying their voices, and protecting their choices. (And in the midst of caring for others, I will never say no to a piece of Dove milk chocolate.) While I am currently in the process of completing my doula certification, I bring a strong foundation of education and a deep commitment to serving mothers who may not have access to traditional doula services. I believe every birthing person deserves compassionate, informed, and respectful support regardless of budget. My mission is to provide personalized, emotionally grounding, and knowledge-based care that empowers you to approach birth and postpartum with confidence and clarity. My services include emotional and physical support during labor, daytime and overnight newborn care so you can rest and recover, and in-home assistance during periods of bed rest. I also offer practical family support such as meal preparation, light errands, and school pickup and drop-off for older children, helping to ease the transition for the entire household. Whether you’re seeking comfort measures, education, advocacy, overnight baby support, or someone to hold space for your unique experience, I am here to nurture, support, and walk alongside you every step of the way. Pregnancy & Birth Support

I offer continuous emotional reassurance, physical comfort measures, and informed guidance throughout labor and delivery. This includes helping you stay calm and grounded, supporting your birth preferences, assisting with breathing and positioning, offering comfort techniques, and advocating for your voice so you feel heard, respected, and supported in your choices. Postpartum & Newborn Care (Day & Night)

I provide both daytime and overnight newborn support so you can rest, recover, and bond with your baby. This includes soothing, feeding support, diapering, settling baby to sleep, and creating a calm environment that allows parents to get restorative rest while knowing their baby is cared for with gentleness and attentiveness. For mothers who are on bed rest or recovering from birth or surgery, I offer in-home assistance to reduce physical strain and stress. Yes. While I am not a therapist, I provide emotional support and can help connect you with resources or professionals for additional care. My role is to help you feel supported and offer practical tips to ease the transition into parenthood.
