Service introduction

I offer both birth and overnight postnatal (aka postpartum) services. I enjoy getting to know the families I work with and like to ensure quality care. I only work with a few clients a month and require a 50% deposit to secure your due date month & postpartum visits on my calendar. ** Please note that I am very passionate and truly believe that every woman deserves to have a doula. Special arrangements for special circumstances can be made for families who cannot afford to pay the service fees. Please reach out before you decide a birth companion isn’t for you due to a financial concern. 🫶🏾🙏🏾🪻

Pregnancy and birth support including: • Two (2) prenatal visits • Assistance with birth plan (if desired) • Three (3) phone calls (1 hour) • Current fact-based information packet • Continuous support from active labor up to two hours after birth of placenta • One (1) postnatal visit • One (1) postnatal phone call (1 hour)

Postnatal 👩🏽‍🍼

The purpose of overnight postnatal visits is to support a full nights rest, sleep, and reset for mom and dad. Overnight visits are 8 hours from 10pm - 6am and includes (but is not limited to): • Infant feeding support (breast, bottle, or formula) • Birthing parent recovery • Changing • Light cleaning (putting bottles in bottle washer, preparing bottles, vacuuming lightly, baby laundry, etc.) • Sibling support ** Postnatal self-care goody bag 🧺(when booking 2 or more visits)**

Birth & Postnatal 🟢

Birth doula + two (2) overnight postnatal doula visits = 💚 Overnight postnatal visits are necessary in ensuring parent’s are getting a full nights rest. A night off from household responsibilities and time to reset and recharge. Overnight visits are 8 hours from 10pm - 6am and includes (but is not limited to): • Infant feeding support (breast, bottle, or formula) • Birthing parent recovery • Changing • Light cleaning (putting bottles in bottle washer, preparing bottles, vacuuming lightly, baby laundry, etc.) • Sibling support **Postnatal self-care goody bag 🧺 + Plus the benefits of a birth doula with pregnancy and birth support including: • Two (2) prenatal visits • Three (3) phone contacts (1 hour) • Continuous active labor support up to 2 hours after birth of the placenta • One (1) postnatal visit • One (1) postnatal phone call (1 hour)
