Birth & Postpartum Doula

About me

As a certified postpartum doula and certified lactation counselor since 2022, I have guided dozens of families as they've grown their families. Birth and new parenthood can be unpredictable, and I am here as a trusted resource to help you navigate the experience. I believe that each family's journey is deeply personal — shaped by individual circumstances, values, and needs — and that as a result there is no single "right" way to navigate new parenthood. My goal is to provide unbiased, evidence-informed guidance so that parents can confidently make decisions that feel right for them, whatever they may be. I’m honored to be a part of such a personal and intimate experience for the clients I serve. In my free time I enjoy long walks my dog, Frank, cooking up a storm for friends, and tending to my garden. Prior to becoming a doula, I received my BA in modern Middle Eastern history from Yale University and worked in political and nonprofit consulting.
