I prefer to meet at least two times prenatally so we can go over place of birth protocols, your birthing goals, relaxation techniques, help writing your birth requests, and what the first few weeks of breastfeeding will look like. I am available 24/7 before and after baby is born for questions or concerns.

Two to three prenatal visits, my time at your labor and birth and at least one to two hours after baby is born, one postpartum visit and lots of follow up after baby is born. I am available 24/7 for questions before or after baby is born.
