My name is Naomi Washington, and I am the owner of Cradled in Faith, LLC. I am a DONA International–trained doula dedicated to empowering families through calm, informed, and supportive birthing experiences. My mission is to ensure that your pregnancy and birth are not only moments you can be proud of, but also experiences in which you feel fully in control and empowered every step of the way. My philosophy centers on you—your choices, your comfort, and your voice. I strive to provide the tools, knowledge, and confidence you need to be your own best advocate. This includes offering comprehensive information for informed decision-making, as well as physical comfort measures and proven strategies to support you during labor and delivery. Ultimately, my goal is for you to feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period—knowing you were heard, respected, and cared for every step of the way.

Service introduction

I provide comprehensive support throughout pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Together, we will create a personalized birth plan and explore strategies to help ensure it is honored. I offer physical, emotional, and informational support, including comfort techniques, labor positions, and exercises to promote a calm environment. I also provide guidance on informed decision-making, breastfeeding basics, and pain-relief strategies, as well as exercises you and your partner can use during pregnancy and labor. I am here to answer questions and address concerns at every stage of your journey.
