I usually feed my baby with a breastfeeding pillow, but he tends to be very gassy at night distrusting his sleep. His pediatrician recommended upright feeding but I’ve been struggling with these positions between my large breast breast, keeping him still/stable enough to latch deeply and stay that way, and making sure he can breathe.
