Hi, I’m Natajia! I believe my role as a doula is to be a steady, caring presence in your corner. I’m here to listen without judgment, answer questions, help you understand your choices, and remind you of your own strength when things feel overwhelming. I won’t tell you what you should do or what your birth should look like. Instead, I’ll help you feel prepared, informed, heard, and confident in making the decisions that are right for you and your family. I believe support should feel personal. It should feel like someone checking in, sitting beside you, helping you breathe through the hard moments, celebrating the good ones, and reminding you that you don’t have to carry everything by yourself. Whether you’re hoping to grow your family, preparing to meet your baby, or learning how to care for yourself and your little one after birth, I want you to feel like you have a village.

I offer support through the many seasons of growing a family—from the first steps toward conception to pregnancy, birth, and the transition into life with a new baby. Services include fertility and preconception support, birth doula care, daytime postpartum support, and overnight newborn care, with options to build a package around what your family actually needs. Whether you’re looking for someone to sit with you through the uncertainty of trying to conceive, help you feel prepared for birth, or simply be there during those long early nights at home, my goal is the same: to provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support that helps you feel less alone and more confident along the way. There is no one “right” way to build a family or experience parenthood—and your support should be just as personal.
