My approach blends evidence-based information, intuitive care, and hands-on support so you’re not just surviving these transitions, you’re moving through them with confidence and clarity. I offer virtual and in person birth doula services that include postpartum care, comprehensive classes and more dependent on the level of support you desire. My packages range from $150 - $1500 with the option to add on additional perinatal meetings at your discretion.
