Hospital birth, first time twins, military, Tricare based
Looking for a birth doula that services the Fargo/Grand Forks, ND area AND take Tricare. I plan to give birth in Fargo, ND (Sanford Hospital) but I live in Grand Forks, ND. I don't have an issue with driving to Fargo to meet. Important part is acceptance of Tricare.
Planning to birth with a midwife in a hospital. This is my first baby so guidance is what I need most! I would like to have a very low intervention birth if possible without constant monitoring, home as long as I can be, and not laboring or birthing on my back.
Right now, I plan to give birth in the hospital, although I would absolutely love a homebirth if it is possible. I would need to be covered under TRICARE. I’ll be having a vaginal birth after a cesarean if all goes according to my wishes.
