This is my first baby. I am planning an unmedicated birth on the birthing floor of Nebraska medicine. My first appointment with them is Nov 16th. I am looking for a doula that is aligned with my low to no intervention birth plan and can really help me be over prepared to give birth. I don’t know the range of a doula but we’re willing to spend what we need to find someone that will be a positive source of encouragement and help in my birth.
