My services include newborn care guidance (feeding, sleep, diapering), postpartum recovery assistance (physical and emotional support), lactation consulting, and more. Whether you need help overnight, a few hours during the day, or just some expert advice, I’m here to ensure you and your baby have the best start possible.

I offer comprehensive postpartum care to support both you and your newborn during this transformative time. I provide hands-on guidance with infant care, including safe sleep practices, feeding support (whether breastfeeding or bottle-feeding), diapering, and soothing techniques. I also assist with postpartum recovery for moms, offering physical recovery support, emotional reassurance, and lactation help.
