Hi! I'm Ingrid. My philosophy as a doula is rooted in care, respect, and a deep commitment to the health and well-being of families welcoming a new baby into their lives. I believe that birth and the postpartum period are sacred moments, and every family deserves to feel supported, informed, and emotionally safe during this transition. My work is guided by Christian principles such as love, compassion, service, patience, and respect for life. These values shape the way I care for mothers, babies, and families as a whole, always honoring each family’s beliefs, rhythms, and needs. I prioritize both physical and emotional health, offering calm, nurturing support that helps families feel confident, cared for, and not alone. My goal is to create a peaceful environment where parents can focus on bonding, healing, and adjusting to their new role with reassurance and dignity. My native language is Spanish, and I am able to communicate well in English, allowing me to support families from different backgrounds with clarity and warmth.
