My name is Paula Jones. I’m a Certified Newborn Care Specialist with over 15 years of experience, and also a Certified Postpartum Doula. My passion lies in supporting parents during those crucial early days with their baby. I provide personalized in-home education and assistance, helping parents understand and meet their baby's unique needs. From creating schedules to addressing feeding, sleeping, reflux, colic, and other non medical newborn challenges, I'm there to guide and empower parents. Whether it's nights, days, or around-the clock care, my goal is to make the transition into parenthood smoother and more enjoyable. I am very reliable, professional, and responsible.
