We have three kids with a fourth arriving in July. We are experienced parents, but TIRED and looking for help during birth and in the first 2-3 months after birth at night. We are looking for a Doula who can work with us leading up to birth, be there for the birth to help advocate and support me, and we’re considering a doula for postpartum but it’s not as necessary. 1. I’m supposed to give birth at hospital. 2. We are looking to get pricing. We aren’t really sure right now in terms of budget. 3. I’m having twins. I want a vaginal birth. I don’t want to be on my back, I don’t want epidural but if I have to due to c-section so be it. I want delayed clamping, I want the umbilical cord/organ to come out naturally I don’t want them tugging on it. I want music playing, I deal with migraines so if I can have low lighting in the room that would help me a lot. These are just some of the things on my birthing plan.
