From Prenatal to Postpartum care, I provide mat pilates for both stages of your pregnancy and postpartum journey. I am also certified in traditional Chinese medicine, known as ear seeding, which is a noninvasive form of acupuncture. I am also certified in Herbalism.

Nia was my birth doula with my first born and she was absolutely amazing! I met her around my second trimester and she was so handsome on and informative when it came to meeting my needs. I explained to her I wanted a non medicated birth and she helped prep and prepare my body so i was able to have baby boy with no meds. She was extremely helpful and even went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and my needs were met. If you want someone that specializes in holistic services, extremely supportive and ready to advocate I highly recommend Nia. I am still so grateful I got to experience her!
