My birth plan is no matter where I birth, I want an undisturbed birth (as much as possible), no students, no epidural, no unnecessary checks, delayed clamping (pass the 2 minutes), and a doula who feels like family and who will advocate for me like no other when I’m simply unable and guide my partner as well as step back to allow him to be just as much a part of birth. Everything else we will discuss.

I plan to give birth in a hospital at St. Ritas hospital in Lima,Ohio.

I am interested in a midwife/dual with a holistic approach. That will help me to achieve a safe and unmediated birth. I have had o e prior child as a vaginal birth, I labored for over 24hrs, did end up with an epidural at 9.5cm (I did not want one), had a 2nd sac of water, and did have a tear. I did not want to push on my back and made that clear, it didn’t change anything, I asked for delayed cord clamping, it did not change anything. I did not have a lot of the things I wanted met.
